This holds true behind the formation of the "Kshama Charitable Trust", the initiative of America based brothers Pradeep Narayanan and Suresh Narayanan and their friends. Happy Independence day wishes to all my brothers and sisters of this great nation

INS Sindhurakshak- A tribute to the brave sailors who lost their lives

It has not been a good day for the Indian navy with one of India's most advanced submarines, INS Sindhurakshak  drowning after massive explosions.  Submarines are a risky business to deal with fraught with danger. The worst accident to occur in recent memory involving a submarine is the Kursk with was lost to the Barents sea after a massive explosion with all lives lost. The sinking of the INS Sindhurakshak ought to be a wake up call to the Indian navy to take immediate steps to induct deep water rescue platforms that will be required should such a mishap occur in deep sea. Indian Navy still rely on the USN for such a rescue platform. Urgent steps ought to be taken as India is in the process of inducting high value submarine platforms like the INS Arihant and her follow up ships along with Scorpene cl;ass subs. Remembering all those brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives in service of the motherland My deep felt prayers and condolences to all those brave sailors

The silent Indian

The silent Indian I weep for the liberty of my country when I see at this early day of its successful experiment that corruption has been imputed to the ruling class and most powerful, and the rights of the people have been bartered for promises of office. Andrew Jackson   This is my feeling when I see the present day India. India is reeling under many strains. First there is the silent government who seems accountable to no one but itself. Then there is corruption which is eating away our society like termites. There is total and scant for the rule of law and each and every one feels himself or herself to be above law only justifying their misdeeds. All this happens and the greater majority who are the real Indian citizens keep quiet tucked away in our silent world frustrated but unable or unwilling to respond.  Now what has made me write this blog? Is it my frustration on the happenings that makes my country suffer while it's rulers live a life without e

Eid Mubarak to all my brothers and sisters

A tribute to the protectors of India- The brave India soldier

Pic Courtesy-Wikipedia As India burns under the claims of corruption, separate  new state, and immature and outlandish comments by our leaders, five brave soldiers of the Indian army laid down their lives in service of our great nation, cowardly and  brutally killed by an enemy who does not have what it takes to fight India eye to eye. Now I have nothing against those politicians who seek opportunity to gain political mileage on the smallest issues and capitalize  on the same, what irritates me is the lack of sensitivity on the part of our rulers to the plight of our soldiers who dedicate their lives in service of our motherland. The question that has always been asked by me is weather we are taking proper care our brave soldiers? Are we giving them enough back for their supreme sacrifice i service of our motherland? While ruling elite like termites eat into the very fabric of our great country, it is these soldiers who ensure that we are protected and no harm comes around to
