One of my favorite temples, the lord Krishna has always blessed me in my hour of need, given me what ever I have achieved in life, guarded and saved me from some of the difficult movements in life. Sushruta ( Image courtesy Ancient Indian UFO) A Genius who has been glowingly recognized in the annals of medical science. Bornto sage Vishwamitra, Acharya Sudhrut details the first ever surgery procedures in 'Sushrut Samhita,' a unique encyclopedia of surg ery.  He is venerated as the father of plastic surgery and the science of anesthesia. When surgery was in its infancy in Europe, Sushrut was performing Rhinoplasty (restoration of a damaged nose) and other challenging operations.  In the 'Sushrut Samhita' he prescribes treatment for twelve types of fractures and six types of dislocations. His details on human embryology are simply amazing.  Sushrut used 125 types of surgical instruments including scalpels, lancets, needles, Cathers and rectal speculums; mostly designed from the jaws of animals and birds. The naval exercise, meant to commemorate China’s 65th anniversary, was held alongside the Western Pacific Naval Symposium (WPNS) – the first time China has ever hosted the meet. Beijing had earlier cancelled a fleet-review planned to precede the exercise, citing “special conditions” occasioned by the ongoing efforts to locate the lost airliner MH370 in the Southern Indian Ocean. While the naval drill involved ships from Bangladesh, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei and Malaysia, it was the presence of a Pakistan Navy vessel that caused the most excitement among Indian analysts. The J-15, on the other hand, could carry two YJ8-3 anti-missiles with a range of only 180 km,” the report cited  Global Times  as saying. It continues: “In terms of radar technology, the U.S. has the clear upper hand with its AN/APG-81 AESA radar developed by Northrop Grumman, which has a thousand transceivers with the ability to simultaneously search for 23 moving targets, including 19 targets

That day, May 1, is also the traditional European Spring holiday of   May Day . Therefore, May 1 is a national   public holiday   in more than 80 countries, but in only some of those countries is the public holiday officially known as   Labor Day   or some similar variant.
