The truth that Rahul Gandhi will never tell you

The truth Rahul Gandhi will never tell you about the land bill: 1. Shri Rahul Gandhi blames Gujarat model for land acquisition. Does he know SC and UPA lauded Gujarat for its land model? 2. Elections to the Legislative assembly of maharashtra and Haryana, 2014- Advantage BJP

When the dust get settled in the elections for the Maharashtra and Haryana legislative assembly seats, the picture that emerges is advantage BJP which stands tall beyond it's nearest competitor. What has been the effects of such a dramatic turn of events needs to be analysed. The biggest factor for the victory of the BJP has been the Modi factor and the general acceptance of the policies of Modiji. The popularity of the PM is ever more evident that has translated into results. For Maharashtra, the equations has dramatically changed with the BJP now becoming the senior partner. For the BJP, it is also evident that it is finally settling down to being a truly national party. It is growing through out India with an increasing foot print even in states where it did not have any presence previously. What further boots the BJP is the growing acceptance within the population.  For the congress, the picture is totally different. The congress has lost big time in these e

Reply to Arvind Kejriwal on his 16 questions to Modiji..............

A Gujarati Replies to the 16 Questions asked  by Arvind Kejriwal to Narendra Modi ! Q : If you become the PM, will you raise price of the KG Basin gas, which has already been doubl ed by the UPA government to $8 per unit? A : This is a highly speculative question, however, to answer your question, please consider these figures. PSU enterprises, led by ONGC produce two thirds of all gas production in India. Reliance produces barely 10%. Hence any rise in the price of gas will benefit ONGC the most, directly contributing in filling up the coffers of the state exchequer. Hence, your allegation that price of gas is being raised to benefit Reliance doesn’t hold ground. The price change in gas has been recommendation by an eminent six member panel headed by C Rangrajan. While you allege that all these experts are on the payroll of Reliance, which is really condemnable, you conveniently hide the fact that this panel was appointed by Shri Jaypal Reddy, the then petroleum minist

General Elections- A curtain raiser

As the general elections 2014 is around the corner, it is time for this blog to go political. In this elections, the  battle grounds are clearly defined and swords drawn. The main battle will be between the BJP and the Congress with two new faces at the helm, two leaders who are testing the waters for the first time in the national level.  While Narendra Modiji comes with a track record that can only be described as the best in Gujarat, Rahul Gandhi on the other hand does not have a track record to boast off. Clearly this will not be cake walk for the Congress as it battles anti incumbency factor coupled with rising corruption, high inflation, a weak economy and a directionless leadership. The BJP has a clear upper hand, fresh as they are with land slide victory in the just concluded assembly elections. The message that the BJP is putting up is of a strong country with a robust economy, strong defense and foreign policy. That particularly attracts the youth as they are fed u

Karnataka Elections- Lessons the BJP must learn

The elections in Karnataka is finally over. The people has spoken. The Bharatiya Janatha Party has been ousted from power and they faced their worst defeat.  Karnataka was once the pride of the BJP, having captured the state through ballot. The BJP dreamed of  capturing the entire south and making themselves the predominant party. Karnataka was their gateway to south India. But their finest hour turned their worst dream. What had happened that made the BJP so unpopular and ultimately loss  power. When the BJP won the elections in Karnataka, it was the movement in history. In 2013, that success was reversed and BJP had to face their most most humiliating defeat. This is not the victory for the congress but the defeat for the BJP. Congress did not win due to their popularity, but because the BJP did all the mistakes to make themselves unpopular. Too many compromises was made, but the common man is not a fool and is able to see the game through even how much you try to sugar
