Pic Courtesy-Wikipedia As India burns under the claims of corruption, separate  new state, and immature and outlandish comments by our leaders, five brave soldiers of the Indian army laid down their lives in service of our great nation,cowardly and  brutally killed by an enemy who does not have what it takes to fight India eye to eye. Now I have nothing against those politicians who seek opportunity to gain political mileage on the smallest issues and capitalize  on the same, what irritates me is the lack of sensitivity on the part of our rulers to the plight of our soldiers who dedicate their lives in service of our motherland. The question that has always been asked by me is weather we are taking proper care our brave soldiers? Are we giving them enough back for their supreme sacrifice i service of our motherland? When mother nature unleashed her fury in the Himalayas, there was absolutely nothing that could stop her. Floods inundated and destroyed everything in it's path sweeping away all that stood it's way. Thousands were affected with many loosing their lives. The historic pilgrim centres that include Kedarnath  was destroyed.  Now the question that we need to ask is who is to blame for this disaster? And the blame falls naturally on us. With rampant commercialization of the pilgrimage to the Himalayas, we started exerting much pressure on mother nature. Buildings were constructed upsetting the fragile nature of the ecosystem of the Himalayas. Forests were cut paving way for construction of big dams giving scant regard on the pressures that such mega projects will have on the ecosystem. A game is something of a recreational activity which gives the people a form of entertainment. But the rules has changed.
